'Your Life, Your Care' survey

'Your Life, Your Care' survey

Bristol is taking part in Coram's 'Your Life, Your Care' survey.

The aim of the survey is to get a better understanding of young people’s experience of being in care. It asks for your views on where you live and about your social worker. The survey does not ask for your name.

There is a survey for 4 to 7 year olds, another for 8 to 11 year olds and a final one for 11 to 18 (up to your 18th birthday).

The HOPE has asked designated teachers for children and young people in care to let you have the link to the survey that matches your age, and to help you fill it in if you would like some help.

Please ask the designated teacher at your school about the survey and please fill it in before the middle of January. The results of the survey will be used to improve the care system.

Thank you very much.
