Lockdown Poem

Lockdown Poem

Here is a poem some of the Children in Care Council wrote togehter.. We hope you enjoy it;

Lockdown lockdown what it meant to me, lovely hot weather, zooming on my phone with my school now all at home.

2 meter to 1 meter a distant we must keep, no high-fives allowed with lots of clapping on the street.

The domestic dudes Zach and Robert help with washing up and putting out the clothes.
It’s not easy being inside so much as boredom comes around.

Our Cooking skills have raised the bar and we can cook up quite a treat.

We look forward to playing cricket, football, school and seeing family!
we’ve missed our friends but know the day will come when we will see them all again.

lockdown lockdown this is what you have meant to me
