Hello.
I'm Shannon, me and James went to Taunton to meet with other children in care councils. On our way we made a road trip video, we thought it was cool. The meeting took place in a big house in Taunton, where everyone from the South West could get to. There was us (Bristol), Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, South Gloucestershre and loads of people. There was some very big people there who are high in Government.
When me and James arrived we ate teh whole place clean, that's how hungry we were. When we met the other groups we were split into two. The adults (and James) went into one room and the members of the different CiCC's went into another. Me and James both heard some great ideas and met some nice people.
The day was really interesting because I took some really good ideas back, my favourite is getting the CiCC some hoodies with our names on the front or back. On our way back we got some mini eggs and skittles :o) So overall it was a great day. :o)
