Where to go for help

If you are being bullied then there is lots of help out there.  The first thing to do is tell someone that you are being bullied.  This could be a teacher, your foster carer or social worker, or anyone else you trust.  Bullying is totally unfair and no one has the right to make you feel sad and unhappy.  But in order to get help, you need to tell someone!
