Every 6 months the members of the Children in Care Council meet with the bosses of Bristol Council's Children's Services and the Lead Member for Children and Young People at the Council House in College Green. As well as there being lots of food, members of the CiCCouncil can discuss any issues they wish with the adults who attend.
The last of these meetings took place on Monday 22nd March 2010. During the meeting those who attended took part in an electronic survey. The aim of the survey was to ask the members of the CiCCouncil for their opinions on a whole range of issues, from being in care to what the CiCCouncil should focus on during the coming year. The adults at the meeting were also asked to answer a separate set of questions, so that everyone's views were collected.
