Personal Education Plan (PEP)
A Personal Education Plan forms part of your care plan and is a record of how the local authority plans to educate you and help you to learn stuff. It is reviewed when your care plan is reviewed at your LAC review.
You are the most important person at your PEP meeting and all the important adults who help you with school things should also be there.
