Relationships and sexual health

Relationships and Sexual health

This is such a big topic that we'd have to dedicate a whole new website to talking about. Luckily for us, one exists - it's called 4YP and has all the information you could possibly need about relationships and sexual health, with advice on all sorts of things to do with boyfriends, girlfriends, sex, contraception and those horrible STI's you've heard so much about.

So if you, or even the adults in your life, go all red and embarrassed when you try and talk about sex and relationships then please click here to be directed to the 4YP website that provides details of local services, gives you the facts about sex and dispels some of the myths you may have heard.

The important thing to remember about sex and relationships is that they are not a great big secret. History is crammed full of sex and relationships - if it wasn't; none of us would be here today. There is nothing that you are going through that hasn't already happened to someone else; even if it feels that way.
