Nicola Hannaford is the Senior Reviewing Manager. It's her job to make sure that every child in care has an IRO, knows who their IRO is and that they have their review meetings regularly and on time. Its also her job to make sure that your IRO is doing a good job and making your review a relevant and comfortable meeting for you as well as seeing you about your wishes and feelings.
