Drugs, alcohol and tobacco
What about it....
There is so much said about drugs alcohol and tobacco some of it true, some of it untrue Most of you will have come across the term drugs or seen them featured on a TV programme, some of you may have been offered drugs, some of you may be drug users. Either way it is always best to know as much as you can and to have access to the information you need when you want it.
Who can I talk to?
The Drugs & Young People’s Project is a service dedicated to providing children in care with advice and support in relation to drugs and alcohol. If you feel as though you need to talk to someone other than your carers about alcohol or drug issues, the DYPP is there to help you.
But I need help now....
Talk to your Social Worker or you can call the service directly on 0117 3772997. The service is confidential and we work closely with many children and young people in care who need support advice or treatment.
