This is such a big interesting topic that we'd have to dedicate a whole new website to talking about. Luckily for us, one exists - it's called 4YP and has all the information you could possibly need about relationships and sexual health, the 4YP website provides details of local services, gives you the facts about sex and dispels some of the myths, truths and untruths you may have heard.

The important thing to remember about sex and relationships is that they are not a great big secret. History is crammed full of sex and relationships - if it wasn't, none of us would be here today. There is nothing that you are going through that hasn't already happened to someone else, even if it feels that way.
